Since January of this year, contract logistics provider DHL Supply Chain has been operating a carbon-friendly distribution center for Eaton, located in the CTPark Pohořelice industrial complex. The developer CTP actively participated in the transformation, which includes the deployment of a heat pump system for heating the distribution center.

Segro extends the lease agreement with the Ikea chain

Developer Segro has extended the contract with tenant Ikea in its industrial park in Hostivica. The unit serves as a delivery warehouse for customers who purchased goods from the Scandinavian chain in a nearby store in Prague's Zličín. The Ikea distribution warehouse uses an area of 6,720 square meters. The real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield participated in the extension of the lease agreement.

ESA logistics put another warehouse in Senec into operation

ESA Logistika opened a new warehouse for dry goods in Senec, near Bratislava. The operation is located in the P3 logistics park in the immediate vicinity of the D1 highway and has a total of 12,650 square meters of warehouse space for 15,400 pallet spaces. Approximately 20 employees will find work here. ESA logistics already operates a warehouse with a capacity of 19,500 pallet places in the same location. In total, the company employs 140 people at the site in Senec.

VGP begins construction on new hall at Ústí nad Labem City for RTR – TRANSPORT A LOGISTIKA

VGP, the European owner, manager, and developer of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, is beginning construction of additional warehouses B and C at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City soon after the first building has been put into operation. Building B is being prepared for the major Czech logistics company RTR – TRANSPORT A LOGISTIKA s.r.o. The company will lease 10,787 m2 of warehouse and office space from the total of more than 29,000 m2. The new hall will be developed to BREEAM Very Good green certification. Completion is planned for the 4th quarter of this year.
