The concept of the so-called "Small business units" represents an ideal solution for small and medium-sized companies. VGP Park České Budějovice will enable them to quickly connect both to the center and via the D3 highway to Prague and neighboring Austria. The expected completion date of the new hall is in the first quarter of 2025. Among the future tenants are companies such as Toyota Dolák, the largest sales and service partner of Toyota in the country, sports nutrition seller Fitness Trade and solar panel specialist Sun construct.

There is a lot of interest in multifunctional units

The newly built hall is designed to meet the needs of various types of businesses. It offers a combination of warehouse, production and office space with the possibility of renting from approx. 250 m². The premises are ideal for both wholesale and retail sales and can also be used as showrooms. Currently, 4,869 m² are already rented, so the hall is already more than half occupied.

By offering even smaller spaces for rent in its parks, VGP supports the local economy in particular. Thanks to this, even smaller companies can more easily find a suitable place for their business.

Its architectural concept is based on the typology of a modern industrial hall, which, however, is shaped into the expression of a commercial building. The monotony of the dark metal facade is broken up by the rich glazing, which brings plenty of daylight into the interior and illuminates both business and warehouse spaces. Last but not least, the concrete pilasters refer to the industrial roots, while the wooden facade slats and horizontal solar shadings underline the future with an emphasis on sustainability. The hall will be implemented in the level of green certification BREEAM Excellent.
