P3 Prague D8 is located in a strategic location on the northern outskirts of Prague near the D8 highway near Zdib and Klecan. The industrial park, the construction of which began twenty years ago, now boasts seven buildings with a total area of 176,840 m2 of rentable space, including the newly acquired hall.
The most important tenants include VF Corporation, Pricol Wiping Systems Czech, DHL Express, Blažek, Puma and Alza. The key tenant at the center of the acquisition is VF Corporation, an American clothing and footwear company, which leases both the newly acquired hall and another building in the P3 Prague D8 complex. In addition to warehouse space, it also rents 2,700 m2 of office space in the P3 park.
"Our acquisition strategy allows for various variants, whether it includes areas for development, redevelopment, or the acquisition of individual assets or portfolios. In the case of P3 Prague D8, it is basically consolidation in an area that the public as a whole had already perceived before," said Peter Jánoši, director of P3 Logistic Parks for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
P3 continues to be an active investor in the European real estate market. Last year, for example, he acquired a plot of land in the vicinity of Liberec, where he is building his third park. In Herkenbosch, the Netherlands, he secured a pre-sale for a development project near Belgium and Germany, where over 60,000 m² of logistics space is planned. P3 has also expanded beyond continental Europe into the UK, adding 160,000m2 to its logistics portfolio.
