Flexible spaces are being created in the newly built Hall B in VGP Park České Budějovice

The European owner and developer of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP started this spring the construction of Hall B in VGP Park České Budějovice, which is located on the outskirts of the South Bohemian metropolis in the Světlík commercial zone. The hall with a total area of ​​approximately 8,700 square meters is designed to meet the needs of dynamic companies looking for small but high-quality warehouse and office space close to the city center.

ViT Logistics started operations in a new warehouse in CTPark Brno. There is room for both cross-docking and long-term storage

The logistics company ViT Logistics has started operations in a new warehouse in CTPark Brno, where it currently rents 2,700 m2 of warehouse space and approx. 700 m2 of office space. Due to the growth in the number of customers in Moravia, the former warehouse, which the company had about 800 meters from the current premises, no longer had sufficient capacity, and further expansion was not possible. This was the main reason for moving the Brno branch to a new, modern warehouse.

Gebrüder Weiss expanded the logistics terminal in Jenč

Gebrüder Weiss has completed the expansion of its domestic headquarters in Jenč near Prague to a total of 26,400 square meters. After the construction of two new logistics halls, the company will now offer its customers by 4,500 square meters of more logistics area, including storage space for different classes of dangerous goods (ADR).

The Eaton distribution center in Pohořelice uses heat pumps and other elements to reduce the carbon footprint

Since January of this year, contract logistics provider DHL Supply Chain has been operating a carbon-friendly distribution center for Eaton, located in the CTPark Pohořelice industrial complex. The developer CTP actively participated in the transformation, which includes the deployment of a heat pump system for heating the distribution center.

The Czech industrial real estate market slows down, the reason being high rental prices

Compared to neighboring Poland or Slovakia, rent prices for industrial properties in the Czech Republic are up to a third higher. Combined with a very low vacancy rate and a small supply of premises that are immediately available, this often leads to a situation where tenants prefer to opt for a competitive offer from our neighbours. Gross realized demand thus reached the lowest level in 13 years in the 1st quarter of 2024. A total of 148,100 m2 of new space was added to the market during this period. The market is expected to reach 12 million m2 this year. HelloParks Maglód's MG3 facility with an area of 45,000 square meters will support tenants' operations with flexible ecological features, efficient and cost-effective building management.

Bonami expands its operations and targeting the Italian market
