The new role of head of development and acquisitions represents a strategic shift and underlines the importance of real estate purchases to the growth of the ambitious industrial developer. "Our acquisition strategy allows for various variants, whether it includes areas for development, redevelopment, or the acquisition of individual assets or portfolios. The development agenda naturally follows on from it, which is why I believe that the combination of both expertise under the responsibility of Aleš Zacha will be successful," said Peter Jánoši, director of P3 Logistic Parks for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Intent: acquisition of new locations for development
Recent acquisitions of P3 Logistic Parks in the Czech Republic include, for example, P3 Jeřmanice, i.e. the third P3 park near Liberec, or the expansion of the P3 Prague D8 park by another building. "I want to focus primarily on acquiring new locations for development. Thanks to its central location in Europe, the Czech market has great potential, despite the current lack of quality areas ready for construction. Market conditions are challenging, but P3's strong capital position and long-term approach allow us to implement promising projects," explains Aleš Zacha, newly Head of Development and Acquisition.
Aleš Zacha joined P3 four years ago as Senior Leasing and Development Manager, since December 2021 he is Head of Development P3 in the Czech Republic and since July this year also Head of Acquisitions. Previously, he also worked at CBRE, Panattoni or Deloitte.
