The first stage of construction is underway and demolition and earthworks, including the installation of supporting pillars, have already been completed. As part of this construction, Logicor will also participate in building cycle paths, improving roads and improving public areas. As the company further states, it uses cooperation with local suppliers as much as possible.
The company aims to build buildings to a high standard of sustainability, including BREEAM Very Good certification and energy-saving technologies such as photovoltaic panels, with a new avenue of trees, additional greenery and cycle paths. The site is also located next to a railway siding enabling sustainable freight transport.
Pavel Rufert, director of Logicor Czech Republic, says: "Our first development in the Czech Republic is in full swing and is enjoying great interest from potential customers. Sustainable solutions will be part of Logicor Park Příšovice, and the area will play a key role in the life of the local community in the form of improving civic amenities and creating job opportunities."
Logicor, which is based in London and Luxembourg, has been operating logistics real estate in the Czech Republic since 2017. It currently owns and manages approximately 115,000 square meters of commercial space in the country.
