February 18, 2025: Logicor, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics properties in Europe, has started construction of a new logistics park in the heart of Prague’s industrial zone: Logicor Prague-Průmyslová.

The new site will offer 21,000 m2 of warehouse and administrative space close to the main highways (D0, D1, D5, D8, D11) and the center of Prague.

The first stage of construction is currently underway, including demolition and earthworks, including the installation of support pillars. Construction work is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025.

Pavel Rufert, Director of Logicor ČR, said:

“Thanks to its excellent location, Logicor Prague-Průmyslová is an ideal place from which our customers, not only in the logistics sector, can operate. The site is located in the wider center of Prague with excellent connections to urban transport (just 5 minutes from the metro, tram and train). Consumer demand for goods and services can be met efficiently and sustainably from this park using more environmentally friendly modes of transport, such as small vans. We expect that the public will also have access to the area. Thanks to the proximity of the public transport network and cycle paths, you can reach us not only by bus and car, but also by bicycle or electric scooter. ”

Alžběta Pastrnková, Asset Manager of Logicor ČR, further stated:

“Logicor Prague-Průmyslová represents the next step in Logicor’s strategy, which is to grow in key markets and provide modern and sustainable logistics spaces to our customers.”

“The project was designed according to high sustainability standards and aims to obtain BREEAM Very Good certification. The project includes a photovoltaic power plant, LED lighting and charging stations for electric vehicles. Thanks to intelligent energy consumption measurement, tenants will be able to monitor their energy consumption in real time and ensure sustainable and economical operation. With an emphasis on well-being, the office spaces will be equipped with glass facades that maximize natural light. To increase security, the entrance to the park will be equipped with an automatic access gate with a license plate reader.”

The park is part of an industrial zone and is located in close proximity to the southern part of the Prague Ring Road, which connects the key strategic highways D1 and D11. Thanks to this advantageous location, it offers direct access to all regions of the Czech Republic. It is also accessible within Prague itself, which ensures a sufficient workforce. The park is served by a network of rail and bus public transport and a cycle path runs nearby.
