In GLP Park Prague Chrášťany, 11,000 m2 was leased to Ecologistics, a global provider of comprehensive warehousing and logistics services, as well as a new GLP client. Another 40,000 m2 from the park was leased by Alza, an existing GLP customer and the largest player in the field of e-commerce in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. GLP Park Prague Chrášťany is currently under construction and will be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2022. Both buildings are expected to receive BREEAM Excellent.Berlin Brands Group certification.

GLP Park Bratislava Senec, meanwhile, welcomed a new customer, the Berlin Brands Group, which has leased more than 9,000 m2 of logistics space. The global e-commerce company has occupied the last free unit of the largest Slovak park GLP, which is already home to companies such as HOPI, Alza and Quehenberger.

GLP Park Ostrava Hrušov will cover a total of 93,000 2 of space within four phases of construction. The logistics park will be built in close proximity to the D1 motorway, which connects Prague and Brno with Poland. The Ostrava-Šenov terminal is also nearby, providing access to the international railway network. In the brownfield site, GLP will carry out extensive revitalization and decontamination work before construction begins on the site of the former chemical plants.

GLP Park Brno Holubice will offer 70,000 m2 of logistics space and was strategically chosen as a transport hub between Prague, Ostrava, Poland, Bratislava and Vienna.
Both new GLP projects will be developed with an emphasis on flexibility. They will have a clear height of 12 m, efficient storage space and the latest elements of sustainability at the level of BREEAM certification, which will provide customers with significant cost savings due to lower energy consumption.
