In autumn, the developer successfully completed the first hall with an area of over 5,000 square meters. The modern building with black cladding was rented and taken over by the international logistics company Geis.
Currently, the developer is building a second hall with an area of 7,000 square meters, which it plans to complete in the spring of 2023. Part of the building is already leased to a tenant who will store pharmaceutical goods there. Two more units suitable for storage, logistics or light production are also available.
CTPark Hradec Králové is located in the heart of the wider East Bohemian region with a rich industrial tradition and almost half a million inhabitants. The city of Hradec Králové is a regional center with considerable educational potential and world-renowned businesses. Thanks to its strategic location, the park offers excellent transport accessibility to Prague and neighboring countries: Germany and Poland. As part of cooperation with the city, CTP built a new traffic light intersection at the industrial zone connected to the city's central system, which is supposed to contribute to higher traffic flow on the main traffic route.
CTBox for business development
The complex also includes a CTBox building, which offers seven units ideal for the development of a small or medium-sized business. CTBox combines spaces for storage or light production, but also for showroom or retail. At the same time, however, it does not limit the client's growth. The units can be easily connected and adapted to the wishes of their tenants. While spaces can be rented from as little as 400 square meters, their maximum size is limited only by the size of the building. Companies here have at their disposal modern and high-quality facilities that they can adapt to their needs. At the same time, this area offers them excellent transport access to the city, so they remain close to their customers.
Smaller units have been offered by the developer for many years in various locations throughout the country. There is great interest in CTBoxes in Brno, Ostrava and Pilsen, where they have been established for a long time and are fully occupied. This type of unit was newly built by CTP in Hradec Králové.
Sustainability of parks according to the highest standards
The entire area of CTPark is characterized by the use of the most modern technologies and construction solutions. The park features features for more efficient and economical use of resources such as rainwater retention systems, greywater use, waterless urinals, smart LED lights and many others. CTP has a long-term focus on the sustainability of parks and their impact on the environment, as evidenced by the fact that its real estate portfolio is completely certified under the BREEAM environmental standard. The developer also places great emphasis on the contribution of CTParks to the locality. It continuously invests in the surroundings and projects in cooperation with local communities. CTPark will be full of greenery, including a tree-lined avenue, a bicycle path will be available, new public transport stops, pedestrian crossings and other elements contributing to better accessibility of the entire area and the improvement of the surrounding infrastructure will be added. In addition, CTP has recently planted thousands of new trees in urban forests together with the city.
