Companies have rented CTBoxes
The company Mito Light specializes in red and infrared light therapies using LED panels. The company has rented a 556 m² CTBox in the area, which it plans to use as a warehouse, distribution center, small showroom and company headquarters.

“Kasarny Zátiší offered us exactly what we were looking for – flexibility for our expansion, modern facilities for efficient distribution and great accessibility for our customers,” explains Adrien Fajfr, CEO of Mito Light.

Another tenant is Avenier, a distributor of vaccines and pharmaceuticals. The company has leased 588 m² in CTBox, which will serve as a warehouse and distribution center for supplying healthcare facilities and vaccination centers across the country. “Kasarny Zátiší will provide us with modern warehouse facilities and access to sustainable technological solutions that are fully in line with our commitment to innovation and healthcare,” says Ivana Žváčková, Marketing Manager at Avenier.

Efficient use of resources
The revitalization of Kasárny Zátiší emphasizes sustainability and efficient use of resources. The project uses recycled materials from the original buildings, photovoltaic panels for renewable energy and intelligent BMS systems for energy management. Green roofs will improve the microclimate and rainwater harvesting systems will be used to irrigate the premises. Outdoor areas full of greenery, water features and paths for pedestrians and cyclists will encourage an active lifestyle, contribute to environmentally friendly operations and create a pleasant working environment.
