By the end of 2026, an industrial hall with a total usable area of 115,000 square meters will be built on a 38-hectare plot of land. The building is to use large-capacity heat pumps or solar panels. The project aspires to BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level.
Other areas are being developed near Ostrava Airport. For example, the development company Concens Investments is building a logistics center for the BMW Group in its Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park area. The newly built hall with an area of 123,000 square meters will also have a railway terminal. The pilot operation of the BMW Group hub is planned to begin in early 2026.
