The park will consist of four halls with a total floor area of over 70,731 square meters. This is the first joint project of the development company Panattoni and the investor J&T Arch Investments. According to Pavel Hlaváček from J&T Arch Investments, the investment will be in the order of tens of millions of euros.

Panattoni Park D4 Příbram received a zoning permit this year and construction is planned to begin in 2026. The industrial zone is to be completed in 2028. The halls will be equipped with advanced technologies, including heat pumps. According to the developer, they will aspire to BREEAM New Construction certification in the Excellent level.

“I believe that this project will bring a really interesting tenant to the location, because the complex is located in an attractive area in Central Bohemia, where the supply of free modern industrial space is very limited,” said Jan Andrejco, regional development director of Panattoni.
