The area of the BESICO project with a total leasable area of up to 11,000 m2 is located in the area of the Šalková industrial park, which has already built a complete infrastructure and is being developed with the support of the city of Banská Bystrica.
The location, located just a few minutes from the center of this heart of Slovakia, offers many industrial and commercial activities. This new industrial park will bring modern spaces designed for logistics, light manufacturing and office use. The benefit will also be the creation of dozens of new jobs.
Area near the expressway
The strategic location in the heart of Slovakia guarantees excellent accessibility to all parts of the country. The complex is located in close proximity to exit 168 of the R1 expressway, which ensures excellent access to the most developed regions of Slovakia in the west of the country, as well as to the north and east of Slovakia. Nitra, Trnava, Bratislava - all these cities are conveniently accessible via the R1 and D1 highways.
Space for logistics and industry
The BESICO Banská Bystrica industrial park offers units of various sizes, from small spaces to tailor-made solutions for large logistics operations. The premises are suitable for logistics services, light manufacturing and other commercial activities. During construction and finalization, the developer will reflect on the needs and requirements of future tenants, so that the final form of the area and its technological equipment will be created in close cooperation with future users of the area.
The complex built in "A-class" standard consists of modern production and storage areas, an administrative part, exterior zones with greenery, logistics facilities and parking spaces for cars and trucks, including for persons with disabilities. Several technological solutions will contribute to the sustainability of the project, for example, preparation for the installation of photovoltaic cells, a green facade or preparation for charging stations for electric cars.
