One of the buildings is part of the InterPark business complex, which is located in the immediate vicinity of Ingolstadt and the metropolitan areas of Munich and Nuremberg. The property covers 21,000 square meters and is currently fully occupied. Tenants include M. Preymesser GmbH & Co. KG, a logistics company specializing in transport and storage solutions, and a major German car manufacturer.
The mentioned object was built in 2016. It is located on one of the main routes, the A9 motorway, which connects Berlin and Munich. It also stands out for its ecological aspects, such as the connection to a biomass cogeneration facility, a biological waste water treatment plant and the InterPark system for the production of fresh water. This also makes the property suitable for companies from the logistics sector and the automotive industry.
The second property is located in Schwarzenbruck and is part of the metropolitan region of Nuremberg, the second most economically important city in Bavaria after Munich. It has a total leasable area of approximately 9,300 square meters and is also fully leased to a domestic logistics company.
"Bavaria is known as an extremely attractive real estate market, especially in the field of logistics. Sustained demand for warehouse and logistics space is further supported by thriving industry and future-oriented technology companies. At P3, we are proud to invest in this dynamic environment and provide sustainable real estate solutions that support the growth of the logistics sector in southern Germany," says Sönke Kewitz, CEO of P3 Logistic Parks Germany. According to the company, both properties play an important role for the Bavarian region, which is becoming increasingly attractive due to the limited supply of logistics space and the high demand for it at the same time.
Industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks is headquartered in Prague and operates in 12 European countries. It currently employs more than 250 people in its branches.
