Aleš Zacha, who has been in charge of development until now, will expand his competences to include the acquisitions agenda. His position will thus be called Head of Development and Acquisitions.

P3 completes the construction of the last building of its industrial park in Lovosice

Seven years ago, the industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks started the construction of an area for light manufacturing, assembly and logistics on the outskirts of Lovosice. He is now finishing the last building. It will offer 16,000 square meters for rent, which will be available already during the summer holidays.

P3 enters the UK property market

The industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its activities to the British market as well. By taking over two of Segro's industrial parks, it expanded its portfolio by 81,000 square meters. In the locality of Crick, he acquired an area with a lettable area of 36,000 square meters, another 45,000 square meters is located in Kettering.

WM Logistic Nýřany will be the new tenant in the P3 Plzeň Myslinka park

The first hall of the newly built industrial park in Myslinka near Pilsen already has new tenants and even two. The companies ALLLOG Consulting and ICOM transport have rented units here measuring 6,156 and 3,500 square meters. "From the point of view of industrial development, Pilsen is an attractive location. We were so convinced that we would find suitable candidates for the new location that we started construction speculatively, i.e. without having a confirmed tenant at the time," said Aleš Zacha, Head of Development, P3 Logistic Parks.

From the P3 Ostrava Central park, beer will be distributed to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and further abroad

The owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate P3 Logistic Parks welcomed Zitek logistics to its Ostrava park. Here, it will store the complete product portfolio of Pivovary Staropramen, specifically the brands Staropramen, Braník, Ostravar and others. Traffic in the L1 hall begins to pick up during the spring months.

P3 Logistic Parks plans to significantly expand its portfolio in the Czech Republic

The industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks is planning massive investments in the domestic portfolio this year. He is interested in land and already functioning parks in attractive locations. It could thus expand its portfolio by tens of thousands of square meters, which in the future will serve tenants from the areas of logistics, light manufacturing, retail or e-commerce.

It is only possible to shop online and have goods at the door within a few hours thanks to warehouses within reach of the city. However, the occupancy of the existing ones is high and new ones are being built. Nevertheless, the industrial developer P3 has prepared projects in which you can move in soon.
