Rocket increase in e-shops after coronavirus pandemic: Now is the best time to start a new e-shop

Companies considering switching to an online store now have ideal conditions for this step. The coronavirus pandemic has taught Czechs and Slovaks to shop online, even in segments of goods that people used to buy almost exclusively in person at the store. In addition, during the lockdown period, a huge number of new e-shops were created in the living rooms and garages of Czechs and Slovaks, which will now try to switch to professional fashion. According to statistics, however, up to 99% of them will not be able to move to the next phase, because they will not set up automated processes in time to help them with the rapidly growing demand, logistics and other demands. VGP has entered into two lease agreements with OKAY in VGP Parks Vyškov and Prostějov

Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP has signed two leases with OKAY. Together, it leased more than 50,000 m2 of warehouse space in VGP Park Vyškov and VGP Park Prostějov. The new hall in Vyškov is already under construction and will be handed over in September this year, bringing the park to 100% occupancy. The building in Prostějov will be ready for use from January 2022. Both projects are implemented in the green BREEAM Very Good certification level.

C.S.Cargo has opened a new distribution center in Planá nad Lužnicí for the European feed manufacturer Partner in Pet Food

A distribution center with an area exceeding 18,000 m2 for the partner producer Pet in Pet Food in Planá nad Lužnicí in South Bohemia was opened today by C.S.Cargo. The total investment exceeds the amount of 200 million crowns. The center itself is serviced by the latest technology. It will now offer approximately 40 jobs.
