Newcomers in P3 parks - offices, showrooms and a large freezer

Last year, P3 recorded a 45% increase in rents. She leased most of the space to existing tenants. At the same time, it welcomed 18 new brands in the field of retail, e-commerce and logistics in its parks. It leased them areas of various sizes from less than a hundred square meters in Prague to more than 22,000 m2 in Lovosice.

Arete Fund launches new logistics project

U.S. logistics giant GXO lands at CTPark Bor

CTP, the largest listed logistics and industrial developer and operator by gross lettable area (GLA) in the EU, is constructing a 60,000m2 unit at CTPark Bor for U.S. sector giant GXO Logistics Inc, which has taken a lease on the property in this fast-expanding transport hub close to the western Czech/German border and the main highway linking Prague to Germany’s southern industrial heartland. The GXO facility will serve as automated fulfilment centre for zooplus, Europe’s leading retailer of online pet food and accessories and brings the CTPark Bor to full capacity, which at 616,000 m2 of GLA is the second largest in CTP’s total 7.1 million m2 portfolio and its largest in the Czech Republic.

Logistics transaction of the year? EQT Exeter buys industrial buildings in the Ostrava region

The international real estate company EQT Exeter bought five warehouses and production halls located in two industrial parks in the Ostrava region. Specifically, these are Logistics Park Nošovice and Ostrava Airport Multimodal in Mošnov. The portfolio together includes 140,000 square meters of newly completed premium space and the value of the completed transaction is approximately 150 million euros. The sellers are Concens Investments and J&T, the transaction was mediated by the real estate consulting company CBRE.

CBRE, the world’s commercial real estate leader, advised CONCENS INVESTMENTS and J&T on the sale of 5 logistics halls located in two logistics parks in Ostrava, specifically in Logistics Park Nošovice and OSTRAVA AIRPORT MULTIMODAL PARK in Mošnov. The portfolio consists of 140,000 sqm of brand-new A class logistics premises and the overall transaction value was approximately EUR 150 mln. The portfolio was sold to EQT Exeter, for whom this transaction represented clear evidence of their strong commitment to the Czech market.

Dachser launches Christmas-Hub at the end of the year

The logistics provider Dachser is responding to the increased demands on shipments between Christmas and New Year and has prepared a system solution for them. On Monday, December 27, it will launch the so-called Christmas-Hub in Erlensee, Germany, which will cover orders for distribution across Europe, including from Czech customers. The Dachser Kladno branch will be connected to the Christmas-Hub by a direct daily collection service line. The Dachser Christmas-Hub will be operational by the end of this year.
