BRANO GROUP is planning a new fully automated warehouse

The largest automotive supplier in the Czech Republic, owned by purely Czech capital, the company BRANO GROUP, has decided to build a fully automated warehouse for materials and work in progress. Aimtec and LogTech, which work together in the SKLAD association, have been cooperating on the project since March this year. It will thus combine its know-how in the field of digitization and automation in logistics.

Prologis achievements for the first quarter of 2021

Prologis achieved several successes in the first quarter of 2021. The total portfolio reached 18.7 million square meters. Lease activity for the first quarter of 2021 was at the level of 935,719 square meters, of which 187,954 square meters were new leases and 747,765 square meters related to extended leases. The change in the lease of premises reached plus 10.8%.

Wedo's investment in the transshipment yard, including state-of-the-art technology, will reach almost half a billion Czech crowns, UDI Group will invest in the entire warehouse complex at D1 billion

Wedo is investing in the major modernization and expansion of its transmission network through a new central transshipment depot and regional depot, which is now being built by the UDI Group at the 34th D1 exit near Ostředek. The hall building with almost 9,000 m2 of built-up area and another 12,000 m2 of outdoor handling area will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology for automatic sorting of consignments. The first shipments should leave the new transshipment yard for customers in the spring of next year.
