Jungheinrich invests 60 million euros in a new production plant in Chomutov

Jungheinrich will expand its production capacity with a new plant in Chomutov. From 2023, this plant, with an area of approximately 37,000 square meters, will mainly produce reach trucks. Construction of the new plant will begin in 2022. The project budget is approximately 60 million euros. The construction of the new complex will be carried out together with the developer using the built-to-suit method, ie as tailor-made construction. It has more than 350 jobs.

Dáme jídlo opens new warehouses in Liberec and Prague, further speeds up delivery

The Dame food company is launching new warehouses of its own Dáme market service in Stodůlky, Prague, and Liberec. It will be the seventh warehouse in the capital, which will be available to customers in Stodůlky and its surroundings at the end of November. The Dame Market service will thus already have a total of eleven warehouses in the Czech Republic and is expanding its offer of delivering fresh and durable food in the order of a few tens of minutes.

It is the first building in the Czech Republic in which all rooms are equipped with a special air purifier that destroys the covid-19 and is built directly into the luminaires. In addition, it works continuously in the presence of people. The patent itself developed during the epidemic in Italy. It shows how the pandemic affects the industry, which reacts and innovates quickly. 95 employees work in the new hall, another Beghelli - Elplast is hiring. It promises up to a 50% increase in production from the new premises.

VGP launches construction of a new warehouse in VGP Park Olomouc. First tenant will be Ardon Safety

VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has obtained a building permit for the construction of a new warehouse “F” in the technology park VGP Park Olomouc and started work at the site. The European industrial developer CTP has obtained all the necessary permits for the completion of two industrial halls on the outskirts of Hradec Králové. Their construction can start again in November.
