According to the companies, the halls are to be prepared for the installation of photovoltaics and heat pumps. Standard equipment includes LED lighting, charging stations for electric vehicles and landscaping. The project is to meet the BREEAM Excellent certification.

The site in Lužec nad Vltavou is being developed on a speculative basis and, after 7R Park Lavičky, is 7R's second park in the Czech Republic.

The project was secured, permitted and will be further developed by 7R, and will be financed by EQT Exeter, with both groups jointly securing the lease of the buildings. 7R was advised on the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield and Kinstellar, while Exeter collaborated with the consultancy firm Dentons.
