The commercial zone with a leasable area of 3,750 m² includes eight tenants – BILLA supermarket, ROSSMANN, Dr. Max, KiK textil, TEDi, Super Pet, WIKY and Press Media tobacco. In addition, the construction of an ORLEN gas station is being completed directly on the parking lot, which will further expand the range of services in the location. “This new project brings an attractive mix of tenants with long-term contracts and is located in a significant location with residential development,” says Tomáš Oplíštil, member of the fund’s investment committee and commercial director of REALIA GROUP.
The location where the commercial property is located provides high economic potential. For example, the Hyundai car manufacturer and the Radegast brewery are located in its vicinity. The development of transport infrastructure in the area will also be supported by the construction of a new roundabout. “Thanks to these factors, we expect the retail park in Dobrá to be an attractive asset with high rental income stability in the long term, which exactly matches our company’s strategy,” adds Tomáš Oplíštil.
REALIA FUND SICAV adheres to a conservative investment strategy that emphasizes long-term leases, creditworthy tenants and fixed interest rates on all loans. “The fixed interest rate strategy has helped us eliminate the impacts of rising financing costs in recent years,” concludes Tomáš Oplíštil.
