Sázava Logistic Park is fully leased, the investment for one billion will be completed by the developer UDI Group at the beginning of next year

All areas of the Sázava Logistic Park near the Central Bohemian center of Ostředek are leased. For the remaining hall, developer UDI Group signed a lease with forwarding company Emons this month. The first of the halls is already completely finished and in operation, three others are finishing. The entire construction of the area for one billion crowns with roughly 50,000 square meters of industrial space will be completed at the beginning of 2023.

Refrigeration technology supplier Tefcold will be a tenant in the P3 Ostrava Central park

Developer P3 Logistic Parks leased additional premises in its Ostrava park. In the heart of the industrial metropolis of the Moravian-Silesian region, P3 will welcome the company Tefcold, which is engaged in the distribution of cooling, freezing and heating technology. The premises will be ready for occupancy at the beginning of next year.

Panattoni Park Ostrov reports full occupancy of the first hall even before the construction is completed

Spaces are no longer available in the newly built Hall B in Panattoni Park Ostrov North. The remaining part of it will be used for expansion by the manufacturing company Amphenol Tuchel Industrial and also by the e-commerce company Kokiska.

Pilulka Lékárny will use the new warehouse space in VGP Park Olomouc

Developer VGP concluded a lease agreement with Pilulka Lékárny for 4,479 square meters of warehouse space in the newly completed hall "I" in VGP Park Olomouc. The company, which is one of the largest pharmaceutical groups in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, will use the warehouse in Olomouc to supply customers in several regions: Brno, Ostrava, Olomouc and Prostějovsk. The new premises were realized at the level of BREEAM Very Good environmental certification.

Mailstep offers logistics services to other online marketplaces in Europe

The Czech fulfillment provider Mailstep offers its services for up to 75 new online marketplaces across Europe. This happens thanks to its integration with the international e-commerce platform BaseLinker.

The construction of the logistics building in Cheb, part of which will be leased by ShipMonk, will start in a few weeks. The revitalization of the premises of the developer Panattoni will thus be completed

Panattoni Park Cheb South announces a new tenant even before the construction of the hall begins. The American-Czech company ShipMonk, which focuses on the outsourcing of logistics for American e-shops, will rent its first storage space of almost five thousand square meters in the Czech Republic, for which it stores and distributes their goods. The lease will also include an additional 500 square meters of office space. The construction of the building with a total size of 15,000 square meters, the mentioned part of which will be leased by ShipMonk, will start in September of this year, while the handover of the premises is planned for the first quarter of the following year. ShipMonk will thus be the first tenant of the hall, which aims to meet the strictest ecological requirements according to the BREEAM New Construction certification. The Panattoni company announced this in a press release yesterday, thereby confirming and expanding the original information of the daily Hospodářské noviny.

The lack of warehouse space in the Czech Republic is at a record high, but there are signs of cooling demand

The offer of vacant warehouses and production premises in the Czech Republic has fallen to the limit of just one percent vacancy. The second quarter of this year also went down in the history of the domestic real estate market with the largest lease to date within a single industrial hall: in Panattoni Park Cheb, an undisclosed distribution company leased a total of 233,698 square meters of warehouses and offices. At the same time, the threshold of 10 million square meters of modern industrial space for rent was exceeded in the Czech Republic at the beginning of June.

CTP fulfills an ambitious solar plan, installing photovoltaics on the roofs of its buildings

The developer of industrial and commercial real estate CTP continues to build photovoltaic power plants (PVE) on the roofs of industrial-logistics halls in its CTParcs. The installation of all solar-ready roofs in CTP's Czech portfolio is part of the company's long-term strategy to create sustainable industrial parks through solutions that will ensure their energy self-sufficiency in the near term and create so-called islands of sustainability.
