Part of the Poldi Kladno area awaits revitalization, a sustainable industrial park will be created

The RSJ investment group bought part of the land after Poldi Kladno, which was historically famous for the production and processing of steel. After many years of decay, the brownfield will be revitalized into an environmentally sustainable industrial hall with advanced technologies, which will be provided by the industrial developer Panattoni. The new Panattoni Business Park Kladno will consist of two halls with a total size of 88,500 square meters. The investment will bring up to 2,000 new jobs and help with the economic transformation of the area. Demolition and rehabilitation works are scheduled to begin at the end of this year.

The interest of companies in renting smaller industrial spaces in the Czech Republic grows

The industrial developer CTP is noticing a growing interest in smaller multifunctional spaces up to 2,000 square meters. He estimates the increase in demand this year by 10-15%. For example, in the Ponávka business park in Brno, which CTP owns, there is a long-term interest in small premises despite their full occupancy. The company has therefore built two CTBox-type buildings in the revitalized brownfield CTPark Brno Líšeň, in which it is possible to rent multifunctional spaces starting from 400 square meters. The same type of units is now available in CTPark Hradec Králové.

The construction of P3 Prague D11 has been completed, the remaining premises have been leased by QSL

The triangle between Mstětice, Nehvizdy and Jirny is a logistically strategic location due to its proximity to Prague, the D11 highway and road 611. In the last six years, the industrial park P3 Prague D11 has also grown here. The last building in it was custom-built and handed over to the company QSL, which focuses on packaging solutions and labeling in the food segment, among other things.

Savera Components will move its production plant to CTPark Ostrava Poruba

The manufacturer of elevator components Savera Components currently uses premises with an area of less than 5,000 square meters in the CTPark Ostrava Hrabová industrial complex. However, due to the impossibility of expanding its production and storage capacities in this area, it is now moving its production plant to the new CTPark Ostrava Poruba, where it will have 11,430 square meters of space at its disposal. The aforementioned premises will enable this Spanish company to build new assembly lines and a paint shop, thus expanding production capacity. The transaction was brokered by Colliers.

První novinová společnost also rents premises in P3 Ostrava Central

Investor and developer of industrial real estate P3 will soon welcome První novinová společnost (PNS), a domestic distributor of printed materials, to its industrial-business park in the center of Ostrava. In addition to storage, the hall will also be used for sorting lines for newspapers and printing.
