The construction of P3 Prague D11 has been completed, the remaining premises have been leased by QSL

The triangle between Mstětice, Nehvizdy and Jirny is a logistically strategic location due to its proximity to Prague, the D11 highway and road 611. In the last six years, the industrial park P3 Prague D11 has also grown here. The last building in it was custom-built and handed over to the company QSL, which focuses on packaging solutions and labeling in the food segment, among other things.

Q3 2022: Record low vacancy and record growth - market exceeds 10.6 million m2

The Industrial Research Forum reports data on the warehouse and manufacturing real estate market for Q3 2022 • The total volume of newly completed premises for the 3rd quarter of 2022 exceeded 500,000 m2, making it the largest figure in history. The largest number of completed areas were in the Olomouc and Moravian-Silesian regions. • The largest project was completed in the Olomouc Region, the new Amazon distribution center. • Almost 1.2 million m2 of industrial space is currently under construction. • Vacancy of industrial warehouses and halls decreased again, at the end of the 3rd quarter it was 1%. • The highest achieved rent in the entire territory of the Czech Republic remained at €7.25 - €7.50 per m2 per month.

GLP Park Brno Holubice announces another tenant, Fast ČR

The commercial and industrial zone GLP Park Brno Holubice is already four-fifths leased. Fast ČR, a domestic distributor of electronics and household electrical appliances, recently signed a lease agreement. The Holubice site will be used for the distribution of goods in Bohemia and Moravia and the provision of electronics service.

Savera Components will move its production plant to CTPark Ostrava Poruba

The manufacturer of elevator components Savera Components currently uses premises with an area of less than 5,000 square meters in the CTPark Ostrava Hrabová industrial complex. However, due to the impossibility of expanding its production and storage capacities in this area, it is now moving its production plant to the new CTPark Ostrava Poruba, where it will have 11,430 square meters of space at its disposal. The aforementioned premises will enable this Spanish company to build new assembly lines and a paint shop, thus expanding production capacity. The transaction was brokered by Colliers.

První novinová společnost also rents premises in P3 Ostrava Central

Investor and developer of industrial real estate P3 will soon welcome První novinová společnost (PNS), a domestic distributor of printed materials, to its industrial-business park in the center of Ostrava. In addition to storage, the hall will also be used for sorting lines for newspapers and printing.

A multi-storey logistics hall for Amazon was built near Kojetín

The multinational e-commerce company Amazon took over the logistics center near Kojetín in Přerovsk. The new building was handed over to Amazon by the industrial developer Panattoni, the construction was financed by the Accolade group and its own fund of the same name. It is the first full-fledged multi-storey distribution center in the Czech Republic, which also features top-notch technological equipment, a friendly approach to the environment, and high energy self-sufficiency. The value of the building is more than 5 billion crowns.

Completed, delivered. Geis uses the new hall in CTPark Hradec Králové

Industrial developer CTP has completed the construction of the first hall in CTPark Hradec Králové. Premises with an area of over 5,000 square meters were rented and already taken over by the logistics company Geis, which is now using the building in trial operation. Currently, the developer is building the second hall, which it plans to complete in the spring of 2023.

Röhlig Suus Logistics will open its first warehouse in the Czech Republic in GLP Park in Brno

The Polish logistics operator will open its first domestic warehouse in the fourth quarter of this year. The branch of Röhlig Suus Logistics, which has warehouse space with an area of 8,000 square meters, will be located in GLP Park Brno ─ Holubice.
