Contera Park Říčany gets a new face. New warehouses will also be created in the business zone

The reconstruction of the Sanitas building began the transformation of a significant part of the Conter Park in Říčany. In the spring of next year, it will also include a commercial zone, which will be created by the reconstruction and extension of another building, in the immediate vicinity of the Billa store. There, new shops should be built for the inhabitants of Říčany, as well as office space with a coworking center. A new restaurant should also be part of the second stage.

As part of its expansion, Emons has opened a new warehouse in CTPark in Blučina

The tailor-made company Emons created a new hall with an area of 4,500 m2 in CTPark in Blučina near Brno. She started serving domestic and foreign clients these days. In addition to its main activities, which are contract logistics and collection services primarily in the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, the expanding operator also offers the transport of atypical principles. These are specifically long or otherwise oversized goods that are suitable for the systemic transport of the collection service. The spatial solution of the new branches is suitable for handling atypical shipments. The new branch of Emons Brno - Blučina has a strategic location, other advantages include excellent connection to the motorway network in the Czech Republic, Slovakia or Austria.

The SKLAD association presents a unique study Trends in Czech Logistics 2020

How do logistics companies react to ever shorter delivery times? Do they see automation as a necessity, or do they rather postpone follow-up investments? The answer to all this is provided by the new study Trends in Czech Logistics, which maps the topics that are currently shaping the logistics market in the Czech Republic. The research was carried out by the SKLAD association in cooperation with the Ipsos research agency. 123 logistics managers from retail and wholesale companies, e-commerce, automotive, and manufacturing answered questions related to the current state of the industry. As part of the questionnaire survey and during in-depth interviews, experts shared observations regarding current and planned investments, future strategies, and the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. The research took place between March and July 2020.

The new Lindab production hall near Pavlov will offer over 50 jobs, a frog castle and a lizard pit

Better times are shining in the Kladno region, traditional producers with end production and qualified jobs are already expanding in the locality. The builder of the Panattoni industrial zones handed over a new hall near Pavlov, Central Bohemia, to the Swedish manufacturer of building components Lindab. A building with 5,900 m2 of production and storage space and 800 m2 of office space has been built in Panattoni Park Prague Airport II. Inside, there will be a plumbing workshop and a production of round pipes. Lindab employs over 30 administrative and up to 25 logistics and production staff.

The ARETE Group approved production halls in Uherské Hradiště and Košice, with investments reaching almost 20 million EUR

Both properties were successfully approved during the summer.
