We are a Spanish company that repairs returnable plastic packaging. We are looking for a space to rent because we want to open a repair plant in Slovakia.
The total size of the building should be between 1.000 and 3.000m2 and 10 meters high. Our budget for the monthly rent is from 7.000 up to 9.000€/month all taxes included.
Rent time 3 or 5 years is ok. We would like to start as soon as possible.
We need the following production space:
200m2 for production, 8 workers/shift à we would only adapt this space for production, the rest would remain the same. We would need to make some adaptions for the repair, electrical installation for the manual tools and little manual plastic extruder machines to fix the plastic packaging.
20m2 of skylights
Installation of a compressor à we would take care of this installation too
