The representatives of the company started to negotiate with the municipality management last summer, while the intention of the construction of industrial buildings is already visible in the municipal plan of 2013. The planned project should be located near the I21 road. Thanks to the good solution of the municipal zoning plan, it has the best possible location for future tenants as well as for the comfort of current residents.

“We are planning to build a modern building at Okrouhl and we want to help local infrastructure in addition to industrial development. We have already agreed with the municipality that we will introduce drinking water, sewage and other related infrastructure as part of the project implementation. We also want to be a good neighbor, so we would like the cooperation to support local educational and cultural activities, "  commented the intention of Jiri Stransky, Director of Development of new locations in Accolade .

Accolade is preparing its projects to meet the BREEAM "Very good" certification requirements. Certification guarantees a high level of environmental and work-friendliness and energy self-sufficiency. However, it is not just about one location, the group wants to continue to systematically support the modern industry in the region.

“Over the past five years, we have invested over CZK 2.5 billion in the development of the local industry in Karlovy Vary. Along with our investments, tenants are coming to increase the number of skilled jobs, increase average wage growth, and thus improve the living standards of the population of the region. Karlovy Vary is interesting for tenants and it is a pity not to use promising locations that are well prepared for industrial development in the long term, ”  added Stránský .
