P3 reports a year-on-year increase in leased space in the Czech Republic of 45 percent

The German family company Andreas Schmid Logistik expands into a new building in P3 Prague D6

The expansion of e-commerce and growing volumes of orders has led the logistics company Andreas Schmid to consider moving to a larger one. The industrial developer P3 will build a new hall for it in P3 Prague D6 near Stochov in Central Bohemia, part of the building will be for rent.

Therefore, buildings are being built in the P3 Lovosice industrial park, which will offer tenants the Breeam Excellent standard.

P3 is preparing an industrial park in Myslinka near Pilsen

Developer and administrator of industrial real estate P3 is preparing in the village Myslinka, which lies about 15 km from the center of Pilsen, the construction of a modern industrial park tailored to potential tenants. The main attraction of the P3 Plzeň Myslinka park will be, in addition to a convenient location on one of the most sought-after industrial real estate markets, also a great connection to the D5 motorway with the possibility of smooth transit to Germany and plenty of skilled labor.

P3 to execute Built-to-Suit projects in four Parks – Near Prague and Pilsen, in Lovosice, and in Ostrava

This year, P3 will focus on offering clients facilities constructed on a Built-to-Suit basis. On a site adjacent to Highway D6 near Prague, the industrial developer is ready to start building 17,000 m2 of warehouse space immediately. An additional thousands of square metres are on offer midway between Prague and Dresden at P3 Lovosice, and the first columns will soon be erected in P3's new parks in Ostrava and in Myslinka near Pilsen. All of P3's new buildings will carry a BREEAM Very Good or higher certificate.
