Fashion retailer Primark leases more warehouse space in CTPark Bor to supply both Germany and Prague

Irish clothing chain Primark has expanded the space it leases in CTPark Bor, the largest Czech industrial park. CTP, the developer and owner of the park, recently finished another warehouse for Primark, which will be fully automated, incorporating the latest robotic technology. In total, Primark leases approximately 80,000 m2 of A-class warehouse space in CTPark Bor.

The European industrial developer CTP has obtained all the necessary permits for the completion of two industrial halls on the outskirts of Hradec Králové. Their construction can start again in November. The new premises, with a total size of almost 13,000 square meters, will be completed in the first half of next year so that the first tenants can move into them in the spring.

Cube to open plant in CTPark Cheb

German bicycle manufacturer Cube is to open a 10,000 sqm production plant in CTPark Cheb in the far west of the country.

HELLA to build new laboratory at CTPark Ostrava

Leading European industrial developer CTP has provided tailor-made logistics space to international technology and services provider Bosch.

CTP revives areas after the legendary Zetor Brno factory

Companies will use them for e-commerce, research and development and lighter production. This year, the CTP developer will complete the next phase of the revitalization of the Brno brownfield after the Zetor factory near the city center in Brno-Líšeň. After the online supermarket Rohlík, which successfully launched its new storage space here in the autumn, CTP is preparing to open other halls that will be used for e-shops, light industrial production or as business places or spaces for small tradesmen. A total of approximately 75,000 square meters of leasable space is being created within CTPark Brno Líšeň.
