The first tenant comes to Panattoni Park North Ostrov: electronics manufacturer Amphenol

The first tenant in the new Panattoni Park North Ostrov industrial zone will be Amphenol Tuchel Industrial, a manufacturer of electrical connectors, smart card readers and wiring harnesses. The company will occupy part of the smaller of the two planned halls with an area of almost 20,000 m2. Construction of a modern industrial building will begin in the second half of this year.

The Panattoni Park Prague Airport II industrial zone will be strengthened by comic book superheroes. The last free space with an area of 1600 m2 will be occupied by the publishing company Seqoy and it will store books and comics. The hall aspires to a very high evaluation within the BREEAM ecological certification. Thanks to the transaction, the industrial park near Pavlov in Central Bohemia was filled at a record pace. The builder of the industrial buildings, Panattoni, was able to build and occupy a total of 130,000 m2 of modern industrial space in just 5 years since the start of construction.

A new tenant is headed to the complex near Brno airport

A multimodal complex near Brno Airport welcomes another tenant. The 12,000 m2 building is now occupied by Marmon Foodservice Technologies, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for gastronomy with a 70-year tradition. Marmon moves its production from Germany and due to Brexit from Great Britain as well to a strategically located and excellently technologically equipped park. Joins love brands such as Coca-Cola, Zásilkovna, Sinclair, and Okay.

Accolade is preparing a robotic center for online shopping at Kojetín

These are the main benefits of the cooperation between the Accolade Group and the builders of the Panattoni industrial zones, who are preparing construction corresponding to the latest world trends in online retail and targeting future tenants from the Czech Republic and abroad. Thus, the extensive revitalization of the preserved area of the former settling tanks of the sugar factory in Kojetín in the Olomouc region continues. The complex will be prepared to meet the needs of any major player in the e-commerce sector. The project, worth more than three billion Czech crowns, could offer a maximum capacity of up to 2,000 jobs and should be completed by the end of 2022.

Currently, the second largest hall in the Czech Republic (73,000 m2) will be expanded by another 30,000 m2 to 103,000 m2. In addition, the project will bring another wave of skilled jobs and thus offer a helping hand for the Karlovy Vary region affected by the economic crisis. The handover of the building is planned by the end of the year.
